Position: Receptionist/Administration

Description: In this position, you will play a significant role in the success and growth of our company. This is not your typical office environment. Between 40-45 hours per week are needed, with some flexibility to work more if necessary. Pay is commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage corporate office reception desk and area and act as the first point of contact for all incoming calls and visitors
  • Recruiting and Hiring Support when needed
  • Monitor office supply inventory, and order replenishments online and local when needed
  • Planning meetings and parties, events, and coordinate office catering
  • Respond to general phone and e-mail inquiries
  • Administrative Support for Management
  • Coordinate scheduling of conference rooms

Requirements:
  • Computer skills
  • 2+  years experience
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Professional phone voice
